Stop Hunger is the worldwide foundation of food services company Sodexo. It serves nearly 5 million meals a year and works with over a thousand local partners globally.
We developed a strategy to turn Stop Hunger into the largest employee-led movement in the world dedicated to eradicating hunger.

The Shaw Festival, in Niagara is one of North America’s leading theatre companies.
As the Festival celebrates its 60th year, we are helping its leadership team create an ambitious strategy for the next stage in the company’s future.

The 2019 Asian Football Cup (AFC), brought together 24 nations from across Asia for a unique tournament and celebration of the game, held in the United Arab Emirates.
Despite the UAE not being a country with a strong record of attendance of football games, the tournament needed to mobilize a million people to attend games.
We developed “Beyond Football” a community engagement strategy that enabled the AFC to talk about the good it does, and by doing so, attract a swathe of Emiratis and expats to attend games.
Impact – we helped a company do more good so that it could make more money.
Provision (now Anthesis Provision) helps food manufacturers grow their revenue, reduce costs and elevate their brand, purposefully. By putting purpose at the heart of food processing, Provision makes food better for the planet.
We developed and implemented a revenue and impact growth strategy for Provision that grew the business through the pandemic and led to it being acquired by Anthesis Group, one of the largest sustainability consultancies in the world.
Impact – we helped Provision make more money so they could do more good.
Jon was a board member and advisor of Promisegiving – an innovative UK firm seeking to bring blockchain-enabled transparency to philanthropic giving.
Jon represented the firm at conferences and in the media, and provided insight into the intersection between the corporate and non-profit marketplace.
Impact – helping a start-up enable non-profits to make more money to do more good.
TheCamp is a unique campus of the future, based in the South of France.
We helped develop and implement an innovative revenue strategy that mixed services, philanthropy and investment to grow TheCamp into a global innovation hub.
