Over a 4-6 month Journey, participants learn to distinguish the reasons they often operate from a place of scarcity and fear, shift behaviour patterns to maximize potential, get out of their own way (and the way of others), become more compelling and authentic communicators and transform the quality of their relationships.

In parallel, they reveal their own personal Purpose and clearly articulate how it aligns to their organization’s Purpose, creating new actions, programs, engagement and growth for all in the process.
